LexLabs (lexlabsystems.com) is operated by the team at MHSB Solutions. This policy describes what we collect on this website and how we use it.

What we collect

When you email us or request a call, we receive what you send: your name, email address, firm name, and message. Our hosting provider (Vercel) keeps standard server logs (IP address, requested page, user agent) for security and operations.

What we do not do

We do not run advertising trackers and we do not sell or rent your information. We use Vercel Web Analytics, a cookieless, aggregate measurement tool: it counts visits and pages without cookies, fingerprinting, or cross-site tracking.

How we use your information

To respond to your inquiry, deliver and support what you purchase, and send you updates you have asked for. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.

Client data during install

Installing a system requires temporary access to your Lawmatics account through our agency relationship. We access only what installation requires, we do not extract or retain your client data, and access can be revoked by you at any time through Lawmatics.

Retention and your rights

We keep correspondence and purchase records as long as needed for support, accounting, and legal obligations. You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it: hello@lexlabsystems.com.
