Refund Policy

Effective June 9, 2026

Before installation

Full refund, no questions asked, for any purchase refunded before we begin installation (the agency-share into your account), up to 14 days from purchase.

After installation

Because every purchase includes done-for-you installation into your account, we cannot take a system back once it is installed. Instead: if an installed system does not work as described, tell us within 30 days and we will fix it. If we cannot make it work as described in your account, we will refund you in full.

Care plans

Care plans are month to month. Cancel any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and we do not bill again after that.

Email hello@lexlabsystems.com from the address you purchased with. Refunds go back to the original payment method.
